ICT and Bearing-Talk starts long-term partnership in China

They will offer integrated consulting services about bearings industry products and processes

Following the recent startup of its Chinese branch Liaocheng Elite International Trading Co. Ltd., with aim to further reinforce its presence in China, ICT recently signed a new long-term partnership with Chinese consulting and communication company Bearing-Talk.

Based in Shanghai, Bearing-Talk is a leading consulting company specialized in offering bearings application engineering, marketing and communication services (also through a bearing industry portal media and think tank) to the largest bearings manufacturers in China. Parties shall create synergy among their core competences in order to jointly develop their business in China by technical cooperation in new consulting projects within a long-term partnership.

Not exhaustive examples of services that the two partners shall provide to the Chinese bearings and bearing components industry are here reported:

• Design of most effective non-standard bearing for specific applications;
• Technical consulting on specific operations (e.g. grinding, heat treatment, forging, non-destructive testing, etc.);
• Consulting on benchmark technologies and manufacturing lay-out for production and control of different types of ball and roller bearings as well as supply of non-standard (special) machinery for production and/or control of bearings;
• Suppliers auditing, new suppliers’ identification and their approval on behalf on the Customers;
• Failure analysis of bearings and/or bearing components from the application;
• Performance evaluation of finished products and/or bearing components;
• Technical training on products, on manufacturing processes, on materials process flow and/or on management methods;
• Inspection and testing services;
• Metrological calibration;
• Consulting of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects (both on buy or sell side) also for M&A operations outside China.
