ICT srl is an Italian company based in Pinerolo (TO) active since 2012 in technical, organizational and commercial consultancy for the global industry of bearings and bearing components (balls, rollers, cages, rings). The company is interested in engaging with dynamic professionals who want to work full time within a young and fast-growing organization to develop ICT’s commercial and technical relationships with both historical partners and new customers in Italy and Europe. Responsibilities include promoting ICT’s products and services, leading projects personally and/or in collaboration with other ICT technicians and proactively proposing new high added value solutions for the bearing industry.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken);
- Dynamic and proactive approach to work;
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the bearings and/or precision mechanics industry with technical and management roles;
- Clear motivation to work long-term within a dynamic, lean and results-oriented international organization;
- Good knowledge of the principles of “lean thinking” (and experience in their implementation within the company’s strategic vision) and knowledge of automation for the assembly and control of components for the precision mechanics sector will be considered as plus.
New hires will have their own workplace in Pinerolo, in the province of Turin (Italy). From time to time, they will be asked to be available to make short business trips in Italy and abroad to visit partners and customers. In exceptional cases, deserving candidates may also be considered if their workplace is at home in other regions.
The salary and benefit conditions offered by the company will be proportionate to the documented experience of the candidates.
