The customer is not willing to pay for wastes. He is willing to recognize only the activites that create added value from his standpoint.
To understand how we can identify what is added value (and what is not added value) and to identify the “muda” (wastes) in the organization are the objectives of the training course “Muda Hunting”.
Structured in 8 hours (4 hours in classroom and 4 hours on the field), it aims to convey the following concepts to the participants:
- How to recognize the activities with added value
- How to classify wastes and to recognize them in the divisions and offices
- How to implement a waste elimination/reduction plan
